Located in Speedway, Indianapolis in the US it is the second purpose-built banked oval racing circuit built in the year 1909. Accredited as the only site affiliated with automotive racing history it is also famous for the highest-capacity sports venue in the world with a permanent seating capacity of 2,57,325. Opened in the year 1956 Indianapolis Motor Speedway Museum is located on the grounds of Speedway with a pretty collection of race cars IndyCar, NASCAR, Formula One, Sprint, midget cars and more.
